Provide inquiries on issues presented by public or private entities. The inquiry would be discreet and tailored to the specific needs of the client. Examples are: sexual harassment claims, board of director malfeasance, fraud, corruption and other alleged criminal conduct, and alleged ethical or standard of conduct violations.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Create training programs and education packages tailored to identified client needs and drafted by key practitioners, analysts, policy-makers, and academics.
Conduct an investigation on any alleged criminal or civil activity requiring immediate and/or comprehensive fact finding, provide factual analysis, legal analysis where appropriate, conclusions and focused recommendations.
Develop audit plans, scope of work, and analysis of corporate or governmental or non-governmental business, personnel, financial or operational programs.
Advise and create mechanisms of transitional justice following upon armed conflict and tailoring these requirements to suit the special needs of the victims and states concerned
Gather all background material relevant to the action contemplated by the client. Provide leading experts and scholars to conduct broad based research and analysis on issues of concern to the client.
